Located in the picturesque community of Traytown, adjacent to Terra Nova National Park, Pinetree Lodge is a place where families make memories, friends reconnect, and couples escape for a little rest and relaxation. During the summer months, kids love splashing around in our large, heated outdoor swimming pool and spending hours enjoying our playground. After a full day of swimming, playing, and exploring, the little ones can settle in for the night while parents unwind beside one of our two communal fire pits and enjoy some well-deserved downtime.
Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a gathering with a larger group, Pinetree Lodge has accommodations to suit every occasion, lifestyle, and budget.
Our selection includes popular family-friendly log cabins, the luxurious East Wing and Loft, two private chalets, and spacious accommodations ideal for larger families and group gatherings.
All the Comforts of Home
Enjoy the freedom and convenience of a fully equipped housekeeping accommodation, with the comforts you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
Our units feature full-size appliances and kitchen essentials, with everything from wine glasses to a turkey roaster. Towels and linens are provided (pool towels are not included), along with complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi. Please note going into 2027 we will no longer be offering cable TV, however all cabins are equipped with smart TV’s.
Depending on your accommodation, you may also enjoy a propane fireplace for cozy evenings or a whirlpool for a little extra indulgence. Every unit features a covered deck, picnic table, and individual propane barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing in the fresh Newfoundland air.
All you need to bring is your clothing, food, and your favourite bottle. We’ll take care of the rest!
